The office of the Additional District Magistrate (North) vide their letter No.20/9/2024-MAG/Centreal Biofuels Ltd./2937 dated 16/10/2025 has scheduled the conduct of the Environmental Public Hearing as per Environmental Impact Assessment 2006 with respect to Greenfield Project-2 x 300 KLPD Grain based Ethanol/ ENA Plant, 2 x 7.0 MW Co-generation Power plant to be implemented in two phases & Bottling plant of 870 Bottles/ Minute in Phase-1 [Phase -1:1 x 300 KLPD Ethanol/ENA & 1 x 7.0 MW Co-generation Power Plant, Phase-2:1 x 300 KLPD Ethanol/ENA & 1 x 7.0 MW Co-generation Power Plant] located at Navelim Industrial Area, Survey Nos.120 (P), 121 (P) and 177 (P), Navelim village, Bicholim Taluka, North Goa District Goa of M/s. Centreal Biofuels Limited
